This policy explains what Legendary Cel Auction (legendarycel.com) collects, why, and who else sees it.

2. What we collect
- Account — legal name, display name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in readable form).
- Delivery and contact — country, postal code, address, telephone number. Required before bidding, because a won item has to reach you.
- Activity — bids, questions, watchlist, messages with the other party, ratings.
- Payment — the record of what was invoiced and settled. Card numbers never reach this site: PayPal handles them. A cryptocurrency payment records the destination tag and the amount received.
- Technical — IP address and timestamps in the security audit log (sign-ins, bids, administrative actions), and session cookies.
- Sign-in with Google — if you use it, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.
3. Why we use it
- To run the auction: identifying bidders, enforcing bid rules, deciding a winner.
- To ship: the seller of an item you win is shown the delivery name, address and telephone number for that order, and nothing else.
- To take payment and issue refunds.
- To send transactional mail — verification, the sign-in code, outbid and won notices, payment reminders.
- To keep the site safe: the audit log, rate limits, and blocking abuse.
4. What other people see
Your legal name is never shown to other users. Everything public — the seller line, the ratings page, questions, bid history — uses your display name only. Bidders' display names are additionally masked in bid history. The one exception is delivery: after you win, the seller of that item sees the delivery name, address and telephone number needed to send it.
5. Who else receives it
- PayPal — name, email address and the invoice amount, when you pay or are refunded by invoice.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- The other party to a trade — as described in section 4.
- Our hosting and mail provider — as the operator of the servers this site runs on.
- Authorities — where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
6. Cookies
This site sets a session cookie so you stay signed in, and remembers the language you chose. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7. How long we keep it

8. Your choices
You can correct your address, telephone number and display name at any time from My Page › Profile. Your legal name and email address are fixed at registration because payment and delivery are verified against them; to change either, or to ask for your account to be deleted, contact us. Records we are required to keep for tax or dispute purposes may outlive the account.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on the site before the change takes effect.
10. Contact
